Erinn Theodossiou
Co-Founder & Lead Sales Recruiter

Erinn is passionate about helping businesses build high-performing teams. Erinn has experience with executive level hiring and has worked with executive search firms as well as multidisciplinary firms throughout her career. This has allowed her to have the opportunity to understand what clients need in different circumstances and require from their recruitment efforts. 

Her education in Human Resources propelled her into her recruitment career with a strong foundation of corporate functionality. 

She’s currently placing top performers in North America, creating effective hiring strategies at all levels – from individual contributors to leadership appointments. 

Erinn co-founded Apex to begin her entrepreneurship career alongside her co-founder & mentors. When she’s not headhunting, you’ll find her running, swimming, or biking (or all three). Her happiest moments in the past year are a tie between crossing the finish line of a race—surrounded by the cheers of family, friends, and teammates—and hearing from her clients about the positive impact of their work together.

Harpinder thrives on tackling complex challenges. When he saw companies struggling with "industry recruiters" who failed to consistently deliver top-tier sales talent, he knew there had to be a better way.

Driven by this insight, Harpinder—known as Hardy—co-founded Apex to create a rigorous, repeatable, and results-driven process for connecting businesses with high-performing sales professionals.

Originally trained as a pilot, Hardy discovered his true passion in entrepreneurship, launching his first venture in 2017. His deep curiosity and drive make him relentless in whatever he pursues—whether it’s business, skiing, reading, or cycling.
